Shows the broad expanse of the bed. One week on one side; one week on the other and time for laundry. Excellent economy. The room was connected to the main apartment by a long hall. Part way along was the W.C. and a small sink that was no longer connected to the wall. It just wobbled on the lead pipe drain. While ensconced on the loo, one had the great pleasure of observing oneself, trowsers around ankles in the full length mirror attached to the opposite wall.
