I rented a room near the college from an ancient lady of approx. 4' 10". Rouged with 1920's style "heart" lipstick and very sweet. The room was dark green with a queen sized bed covered completely in "blue bottle fly" velvet, an inlaid desk, a heavy bureau and, best of all, my own independent entrance.
